Lessons Learned

The Lessons Learned activity provides a platform for project partners to voice concerns and positive developments from their work within the project. The aim is to help identify facilitation needs in the different activities and across work packages. The Lessons Learned element provides feedback on progress to planners throughout the lifetime of the project. It also provides an analysis of the key successes and challenges in WPs and showcases the main obstacles and enablers from the project as a whole.

The key questions the lessons learned activity tries to answer are:

Survey and focus group interview results will be shared and feedback is given at Planning Forums.

A final Lessons Learned Report will make an overall assessment of lessons learned with regard to the following areas:

The target group and in addition to all project partners includes MSP experts and planners beyond the project and in sister projects. In addition to the EU and UNESCO, students and the scientific community as well as everyone with an interest in MSP and maritime governance might have an interest in all lessons learned from the project.
