Teams from Denmark and Sweden met to exchange experience on maritime spatial planning. At the same time, tasks and administrative issues in the collaboration Pan Baltic Scope were introduced to new members on the Danish team.
The teams discussed both current issues and more general lessons learned, including:
- communication and how to develop a good planning process
- relations with municipalities and other stakeholders
- competing interests and coexistence
The meeting is part of a series of meetings arranged between partners in Pan Baltic Scope for cross-border collaboration to support national planning.
The meeting was held at SwAM offices in Göteborg on 17 September 2018.
